I often tell my brides that your wedding invitations are the very first things that your guests will see: your invitations and save the dates set the tone for your event, and certainly get everyone excited for the ceremony and reception to come. I always encourage my brides to carry their stationery theme throughout the wedding stationery, from their table numbers and wedding menus but why stop there? Your wedding cake is an excellent opportunity to carry your theme through on the day of, so have your baker bring in some of your wedding colors and invitation motif. It will coordinate all the elements from your wedding invitation design, from start to finish, and pull together the entire event for a cohesive style.
You can check out my Pinterest feed for all the inspiration I’ve been collecting over the years, but today I’d like to share my top 12 wedding invitation and cake inspiration styles for you!
