Oh Stephen… I cannot believe you are married!!

I feel like just yesterday we were sliding down the steps in our sleeping bags (and getting yelled at by mom!) or playing Donkey Kong on Super Nintendo, and throwing one of our famous parties at mom and dad’s house… or playing “ATM” with a cardboard box.  In my mind, you’re still seven years old playing Lincoln Logs and cars.  Sometimes I forget you’re 25 and all grown up! 

This past Saturday, my brother and his gorgeous wife enjoyed one of the most amazing and special days of their lives.  

The first time I met April, I was absolutely sure she was the right person for my brother.  I could see the genuine happiness radiating from brother… and I’d never seen my little brother smile quite like that before.  Over the last six years she’s become someone that I consider not only a close friend, but a sister.

On June 22, 2013, my little brother married the love of his life — a woman I am so proud to call my sister in law! Hooray!
