When we were planning our 2008 weddings, picking out our wedding cake was something we *both* looked forward to. In 2007, wedding cakes were starting to look more like works of art, instead of your standard white cake with a pretty little topper.

In the last few years, cakes have gone from the so-so to elaborate works of art. Hats off to these incredible cake bakers who truly take it to the next level.
