If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I designed close to 5 different invitations for my daughters first birthday.  Why is it always so hard to design for yourself?  Between choosing a color scheme (is this the right shade of pink!) and patterns (how big should these polka dots be?!) I drove myself absolutely crazy.

The second hardest part was choosing a photo.  We had close to 200 photos to choose from and let me tell you, it was not easy to pick just one.

Minnie Mouse is Chloe’s favorite character of all times.  When Mickey’s Clubhouse comes on and Minnie is announced, Chloe will run to her toybox and get out her Minnie doll and gives it a kiss.  I promise you it’s the cutest thing in the world!

Since Minnie is her favorite, we’re doing a subtle Minnie Mouse themed birthday party.  It will be full of pinks and golds (and black and white!), bows and polka dots.

I can’t wait to share the party photos with you.  I can’t believe my baby girl is going to be one in only three short weeks!
