Weddings and sweets go hand in hand. I’ve attended (and assisted with) many of weddings that have a candy station, elaborate dessert station or a creative selection of sweets to grab as you leave the celebration. In honor of this wedding staple, I’m sharing a simple DIY and Jen has created an editable FREE tag, yes, free! Gather up your bridesmaids and favorite ladies to help whip up these decorative, and slightly vintage inspired, wedding sweets to-go bags!
Supplies:
1. Ribbon and/or lace
2. Hole punch
3. Small brown bag
4. Sweets
How To:
1. Trim down a brown bag to fit your size of sweets.
I used a bag of donuts but a cupcake, mini pie or homemade jam are great options.
2. Using the hole punch, create holes on both sides of the bag close to the top.
3. Pull your ribbon and/or lace through and tie off on one side.
Here’s how the download works:
– Editable text boxes have been included into the PDF, for you to edit your own monogram.
– You are limited to the fonts installed on your computer, but do have complete control over the font style, size and color. To open the text dialog box, hit CTL+E.
– A + sign in edit mode indicates that you’ve entered too much text to fit the area. A quick solution is to decrease the font size!
